We offer free UK delivery on every order. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Keep your leather goods away from direct sunlight and moisture. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For genuine leather products, you can use a leather conditioner once or twice a year to maintain suppleness. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
