6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us at hello@walevo.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds: Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for eligibility criteria, processing times and procedures. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

7. Fraud Prevention

In order to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, Walevo reserves the right to carry out checks on payments. We may ask you for additional information or confirmations for certain transactions deemed to be high risk.
