The box itself is beautiful. Only gripe is the hinge feels a bit tight when opening. Hoping it loosens up over time.
Hi Tom, the hinge is intentionally firm out of the box to keep the lid secure. It does ease up naturally after a few weeks of use. If it still feels too tight after a month, drop us a line and we will sort it. Cheers.
Disappointed to find a light scratch on the glass when I unboxed it. The box itself is well made but first impressions matter.
Chris, that is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we are sorry. We sent a replacement the same day and have since upgraded our foam inserts to prevent this. Hope the new one arrived in perfect condition.
Ordered on Monday, did not arrive until the following Wednesday. Was told 3 to 7 days but felt longer. Product is fine once it got here.
